Where Do We Go Now?
Fans at the Galen Center are still trying to find their seats in the upper deck.
There are no signs in the upper deck telling you what section you're sitting in. There are signs on the concourse that indicate, for example, that sections 216-217 are upstairs, but once you get upstairs, there's no indication as to which one is 216 and which one is 217. There is an AT&T plaque up above the entrance to one of the sections, however, which is easy to find.

You either don't know anything about basketball or don't care, either way you're a lousy reporter when it comes to covering the SC "Beat." Aside from the OJ Mayo siging, you've never said one thing about the team but plenty about all the things you don't like at Galen.
I had the same problem. Fortunately I'm an SC grad and figured it out. Bruins will confused when they visit this month.
The real problem is the concessions. A variety of missing, not working items (like water, peanuts and popcorn) at various stands. And I saw a supervisor laughing at an employee who was rightfully complaining.
