Nothing makes SC happier than to see UCLA folks like yourself crying about SC... Kinda reminds you of grade school all over again doesn't it - nobody wants to hang out with you, you get picked last for kick ball, crying about how the other kids are cheating...

Why don't you just revert back to the typical UCLA responses:

1) "Well, basketball is all that matters."
- Uh, we're breathing down your neck on that one. Game for first place is tonight and OJ arrives next year to add on to a great freshman class from this year.

2) "Academics and rankings matter"
- Again, we're right there. Higher SAT scores, similar selectivity (and for a private school, that's saying something) and we'll be passing you up shortly in the US News.

3) 14-9
- One game. Yeah, you caught them looking ahead. It happens. I'll remind you of 1998 and Miami.

Bill, that feeling you have right now...that is called envy. And what is that saying again?...do not covet thy neighbor’s recruiting class. And speaking of LA Trade Tech College, I heard that they had the No. 32 recruiting class, right ahead of UCLA at No. 33.

And haven’t you felt the momentum in LA College Football starting to shift to Westwood since that program changing 13-9 victory over USC?...yeah, neither have the highschool football players across the country. At least if you are a Bruin fan you know you are going to get a great shot at landing 3 Star recruits from So Cal b/c USC prefers to pick and choose amongst the 4 and 5 Star players.

Well, we do use the inflated SAT scores for our admissions, but so does Princeton. It helped my sister go from a 1220, as viewed by UCLA, to a 1300 for USC. Thankfully, she became a Trojan. I think UCLA had a good recruting year this year. The majority of their recruits were 4-star players, and we wanted a handful of them. It pnly increases the rivalry if they can remain competitive.

...and UC schools give you inflated GPA's for AP classes allowing people to have 4.3 Grade Point Average where other private colleges do not...but let's focus on football today.

Thanks Rothstar! However, UCLA has apparently dropped today down from No.33...but Trade Tech has moved up to No. 31.

I am SOOOO happy with this class, esp. hijacking LSU to get Joe McKnight. I'm still ticked about LSU fans pissing on SC's '03 NC. I know them Tiger fans are pissed, ha ha.
I'm also happy we're stealing the RZA, I mean, RoJo from Michigan, after they jacked Donovan Warren.Thank you, Coach Carroll, for another stellar recruiting class!

Our main enemies in recruiting today are Florida and Texas. Oh yeah, Ucla is just a piece of lint to be flicked off our lapels.

So USC gets the No. 1 ranked Football player for 2007 in McKnight AND the No. 1 ranked Basketball player for 2007 in OJ Mayo. Has that ever been done before?
