Now who questioned the idea of the diversity presentation? Not when USC coach Pete Carroll made a critical comment about a newspaper (not the Daily News!) reporting about him and the NFL.
In the interest of commerce, books were being peddled afterward. And they took credit cards!

He didn't mention the Daily News because it doesn't matter.
1) Carroll knows the truth and you don't
2) Most people read the LA Times, ESPN and the OC Register.
