Quick Take

We don't usually get too crazy about one day of practice, but Pete Carroll just told us this was the best first day in spring drills since he's been at USC.

Excuse me while I go jerk-off over a practice report.

13-9

It'll be a nice change of pace from that early commitment list you've been whispering sweet nothings to for the last few weeks.

Pete the politician already in mid-season form.

Scott,

I don't usually get too crazy about one blog entry, but this was the best post you've had since you've been at the daily news. Now go hit the showers and take the rest of the week off; you've earned it!

Awesome... In a post about SC's first spring practice, 3 of the first 4 commenters are Bruins (13-9, USC_89, CalPoly) with absolutely nothing substantive to add to the subject of the thread.

Not that they're obsessed with us or anything...

Hey Mike, we were just following Scott's lead by not writting anything of substance. Good to see you followed the trend as well.

"13-9" shows the usual class level of UCLA fans

:o))

I gotta agree with Mike in Torrance...the first 3 posts to everything scott puts up are usually by some retarded UCLA fan...man they are pathetic.

I think if I had sunk to the level of sitting around at 11 am wednesday morning posting hate on a UCLA football board I would just go hang myself in the closet...hahaha

Maybe they come here because this blog has become a great source for rumors about UCLA football. Just about everyday there is some article about UCLA football. I suspect that UCLA basketball topics are not far behind.

So let's get this straight CalPoly... On a USC blog that you post on twice in two hours (including before 7 am), you simultaneously a)complain that Scott doesn't write enough substantive entries about USC for you AND b) you take offense when someone comments that you might be obsessed with SC...Okay...

Why is it you never see SC alum posting on any other blogs? You think we could give a rats ass about the state of UCLA's program? Go to sleep, you Bruin homos... or at the least, drive that Camry to your 30k a year non-profit gig.

MikeInTorrance... wow, you have a pretty loose definition of obsession: Two posts in two hours. Look out! Calpoly is flooding the blog! Uh oh, you've now posted two posts about me today; does that mean you are obsessed with me? Also, what does the time of day have to do with anything? I get up early to go to work and I check the SC and UCLA blogs while eating my breakfast. I also check them in the afternoon during a break. I guess by your standard that means I’m a crazy lunatic who is stalking Scott Wolf. Those of us in the real world call that “having a hobby”. Stop trying to be the “blog police”.

...heavy on trash talk and low on substance.
