Did You Know . . .

There is a feeling among some within the program that star tailback recruit Joe McKnight would be the best wide receiver at USC if he played that position.
McKnight will be a tailback and is considered the best hope for a breakaway threat next season.

I can smell some wheel routes coming. Get ready...

Joe will be a star RB, and ROJO will be a star WR. And i see SI covers down the line from them two.

..well, that doesn't suck.

Play Joe McKnight just like they did Reggie Bush, the boy has skills!

Super Joe McKnight is the MAN! Super Joe ran a 10.1 100m last spring in track . It was wind aided but still that is FLYING. ROJO is awesome too.

"...He will be the best breakaway threat.."

I call that the understatement of the year.

McKnight has awesome moves, speed and talent. He can be as good as Bush. He will give us immediate TD potential on wheel routes and medium passes out of the backfield, and runs too. I can hardly wait to get him in there.

Nothing against Chauncey or CJ or Hershel Dennis, but none of them is going to scare the other team into thinking they will break off a 50 yard TD run. They are more in between the tackles slasher type runners. That is all we had last year and the other teams knew it and loaded up on our WR's.

I expect to see an awesome offense this year to go with our awesome defense.

USC1966, you are correct. Joe has chance to be a special RB, WR or multi-purpose player. You are also right about CJ, he is a hell of a Trojan, and I hope he gets healthy real quick (along with the rest of the injured Trojans). What ever the case is though (CJ, Emmanuel, Stafon, Hershel, Chauncey, MTyler, Broderick, Joe Mc, Des and Allen), its great that PC has so many different weapons. With the addition of Joe Mc, he definitely brings an elements similar to that of Reg.
