Free Autograph

You can buy an autographed photo of the Bush Push from the 2005 USC-Notre Dame game, with the unique characteristic of Leinart signing the image of yours truly in the photo in a Nottingham Forest kit, of course. If anyone buys this photo, I will sign for free, unlike Bush and Leinart.

Scott, could you appear any less excited? One of the all-time plays in an all-time game, and you couldn't be any more glum!? And you got there on somebody else's nickel! Don't make me call you a waste of space. This October 20, let me take your space, and you can phone it in. Deal?

How much to have you not sign it?

1. That this is on sale on eBay shows you why exactly players are justified to charge money for autographs.

2. Your free autograph is probably the going rate.

It says the bidding is closed. That is a cool picture, though.

NOTRE DAME SUCKS ASS

suppy and demand

Matt signed a football for me. Free! I guess I caught him on a good day. That is an awesome picture though. It ranks up there with the classic 55-24 scoreboard shot.

Scott,

Autographed prints of that photo have been available on Ebay since September/October 2006...but way to break the story...in April 2007.

Scott Wolf

Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
