Battle Bruin
USC and UCLA are waging a good battle in Kansas for linebacker Arthur Brown. Pete Carroll visited Brown last week and UCLA will make a second visit later this month.
Brown loves Los Angeles and is near the top of both schools' wish lists.

I don't think he ends up in LA for either school.

He'll probably end up at a Big 12 school like Oklahoma or Nebraska. As Dan Hawkins can tell you, that's Division I football, the Big 12 is. If you don't like it, go play intramurals brother.

I can't see him at UCLA. USC will be able to sell the depth chart and open competition for the MLB spots in the defense with Rey possibly going, Rivers gone, and Cush gone in two years.
There are a lot of schools in the Big XII that are between USC and UCLA in terms of likelihood of signing him.
