What A Weekend
Forty runs and 59 hits later, Stanford completed its sweep over USC. Sunday's battle for last place saw the Cardinal win 10-5. The Trojans finished 27-29 but it could have been worse. They could have been men's volleyball.

USC Baseball is on its way to being in the same boat as Army Football. Pathetic.

Glad you posted the baseball result, and reference to men's volleyball. E-mailed Garrett and Winston regarding same weekend collapse with dismissal of Dave Lawn a priority.

Why are you picking on the volleyball program? Under new coach Bill Ferguson, the team made the regionals for the first time in five years (Two of the NCAA Final Four have always come from the West Region) and the #1 high school middle blocker and setter are coming in next year. The VB program is definitely moving (finally)in the right direction. Maybe you should do a little more research before you cast stones...
