Big-Time Prospect

USC concluded its two-day camp for some of the nation's best players, notably cornerback Patrick Johnson of Pompano Beach, Fla., who lived up to his billing as perhaps the No. 1 corner in the nation. Johnson committed to Miami but said he was also considering USC.
``This is the type of place I want to be,'' Johnson said. ``It's Miami and USC.''

If PC can pull PJ away from Miami it would be his greatest recruiting job ever. The fact that the kid came all the way cross-country to participate in USC's skills camp doesn't hurt.

This could really be a sweet coup for PC. To steal this kid out of Miami's backyard would be something eh? Good luck Pete.

I'm with both Tyler and Gillyking, if PC can pull this off, what a steal it would be. This kid has a great chance to grab a lot PT in his freshmen season. Fight On!

But guys come on! Miami is such an up and coming program!

Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
