It might even be nice if you linked to Matthew's blog for info like this so that you help him out and get him off of the ground. Posting things like this undermines his attempt to build up a basketball fanbase on a blog just like you appear to have.

I would agree with you if Matt Kredell provided us with this story. The truth is, Scott does give us some info that Kredell seems to miss. So if Matt Kredell is not providing this information, I'm glad Scott is.

Young is a future NBA stud - really like him as a player (oops if my previous "NFL" typo got posted, that's what happens cuz I was watching JM get knocked-the-f-out).

I understand. I just think within the same organization it's much more professional to send the info to your counterpart that actually does the basketball blog and to give him the opportunity to post it. Now, maybe that happened or Kredell is on vacation--but the appearance is that a basketball scoop was broken on this site which then competes with a brother site dedicated to basketball. It would be like Kredell scooping Wolf on a football story on his blog...
