Road Block

We hearfrom NCAA sources the Reggie Bush investigation hit a dead end recently. That doesn't mean it's over but the NCAA needs to find some fresh sources for things to progress, or someone without legal woes willing to cooperate.

I would think that Yahoo sports and all of their imaginary friends, along with help from Migeulito and the rest of the Ruin brain dead, would have come up with some plausible lies by now.

Reggie. As elusive as ever. Run Reggie, run!

Is it wrong for me to want this "investigation" to hit a permanent dead end? If that's wrong, I don't want to be right.

That being said, a plea to all current and future Trojans: Please do not take money, cars, benefits, et al while at SC. You will get yours once you enter the draft.

Don't worry...Yahoo! will make up some more lies soon and post it on the front page of their sports section. :o))

That's what they have done so far...And list "credible sources" Which is, in fact a bum who sleeps near USC who will take $100 and say "Yeah I saw Reggie! He did it all I swear!"

Which will make the double digit IQ people, like the post above, happy for 3 more months...

I love that Yahoo constantly references documents that they haven't seen and state them as fact. "Sources say that there are receipts and tapes". Really?? Then why haven't you or anyone else but the "scummy agents" seen/heard them?

I'm not saying Reggie is 100% innocent in all this but before you run with an article make sure you have reliable facts...

Run Reggie Run. Still the greatest player ever at USC. Cuts back past the investigators - to the 30, 20, 10 - somersaults - TD!!!!

If the Yahoo "lies" don't fit, you must acquit! Fight On!

Kiffin shows why he had a terrible relationship with some players and some coaches at SC. To yell and scream at Norm Chow in front of his players prior to the Orange Bowel revealed the man is a walking time bomb. Kiffen is all about Kiffen. Class is something you learn and Kiffen has a long way to go before he gets on the learning curve.

I am glad he left the SC program where he will acquire a taste of Humble pie. Sark is a far better choice to run the offensive program while teaching the young men how to think like a team instead on themselves. Sark is quality of man the Coach Carroll and the Trojan Program needs.

Please. It's common knowledge what his parents were doing, he knew about it, and they cut a deal out of court. It was public info they settled recently. I would have too if I were Reggie. We all know what happened.

1966- Normally enjoy your stuff, but I take offense to your double digits comment. I think you may have misread what I was saying about Reggie (my favorite SC player of all-time) I don't want the investigation to go any further because while I don't believe Reggie did anything that was all that wrong, I do think he took a few extras here and there and his parents probably did live rent free for a while. I don't neccessarily blame him, but it could get SC in some trouble.

So to recap:
Not everyone who says something you don't agree with is dumber than dirt, it just means their opinion is different than yours.

Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
