Another Recruiting Tidbit
I keep hearing from Orange Lutheran sources that tight end Blake Ayles will go to USC. No, he has not committed yet but everything points to the Trojans right now. It's worth noting that Ayles and Mater Dei offensive tackle Khaled Holmes are close friends and wouldn't mind going to the same school.
I'm excited that both of these guys could become Trojans.
Both are solid in-state guys, and come from good USC feeders in Orange Lutheran and Mater Dei.
Come on Blake and Khaled.

As Trojans_JP, Gillyking and TIREBITER1 have all said, this would be a great recruiting job by PC and the staff to pick up both Holmes and Ayles. Holmes is on the verge of becoming a monster, and Ayles is very reminiscent of a Todd Heap/Zach Miller type of TE. Landing both of them would again just solidify how strong of a coach/ recruiter PC is, and what a great job he had done assembling a great staff, that can land the best kids (athletes), not only in Southern California, but all over this nation. Keep it up. Fight On!
