Here You Go
It's Friday afternoon, so time for another Mitch Mustain item. The Arkansas QB says he frequently gets asked by his new teammates about last year's game with USC, where he ran for a TD, and coincidentally, threw a long pass to USC wide receiver Damian Williams.
``They bring it up a lot, asking me what I thought about it,'' Mustain said. ``They don't try to tease me about t. I thought USC was probably the toughest team we played. Or at least as tough as any we faced.''

Comments
Given how rare transfers are between major programs, and especially rare with starters, M's touchdown against USC is bigger than if that Donnel Beckworth guy were to kick the ball back to the goalie and accidently bend it into the net.

Scott, I'm not nearly as tired reading about Mitch Mustain as I am from looking at those two photos of Nick Young . . .

MM is very well spoken and courteous. I understand why he is here he is tired of being asked to carry and entire state, university, football team, internet bloggers, college football website...that's alot to have on your back.
I am sure he will do great here and is a great Trojan and will have a great NFL career.

Always great to read anything about Mitch Mustain. From everything I have heard about him, he is a very gracious, articulate and honorable young man of great character. He will represent USC with great dignity and pride. I look forward to when he starts for the Trojans in 2008.

Always great to read anything about America's Quarterback, Mitch Mustain.
He's an all-American boy who will be a great poster child for the university.
Give the people all Mustain, all the time, and the website traffic will follow. You know what the readers want, Scott, and you deliver. America's Quarterback, Mitch Mustain, is all anyone cares about. He is the future of the USC Trojans football team.
Mustain in 2008!

That first line should have read:
MarathonRunner, you should preface any mention of Mitch Mustain with his official title: "America's Quarterback."
So it should be:
"Always great to read anything about America's Quarterback, Mitch Mustain."
That actually applies to all of you when mentioning America's Quarterback, Mitch Mustain.

He is such an articulate young man, whom I have heard has very deeply-rooted morals. I expect nothing from Mitch but taking the high road.

I'm very confused.
Mitch said, "I thought USC was probably the toughest team we played. Or at least as tough as any we faced."
But he played in the SEC which makes USC and any other PAC-10 school look like the Ladybugs in comparison. Or at least that's what the lunatics from the South keep preaching...
What gives?
