Meet Aaron Corp

Here's a brief interview with freshman quarterback Aaron Corp.

Q: How do you like summer passing drills with your new teammates?
A: It's fun. I'm trying to learn the plays. Every day I pick up something new.

Q: Do you feel less pressure because you will redshirt?
A: In a sense, you do. But I don't want to relax, I want to get ready. They might need me if there's an injury.

Q: You weigh 190 pounds, does everyone tell you to gain more weight?
A: That's one of the big things with me and trainng camp. Every time I talk to the coaches here, they say don't worry, it'll happen naturally.

Q: You committed in the spring before your senior year and then led your team to the Division I title, state title game and had an extremely successful season. Do you think more schools would have recruited you if you waited?
A: I was recruited heavily, but I wanted to get it over with.

Q: Most of your friends from high school are still on summer vacation, is it hard to already be enrolled in summer school?
A: It's not bad. On weekends I get to go home. It's promoting discipline, especially not with just football but how to manage school and class and everything at the same time.

Not bad, but you left out one question.
"Aaron, have you filled out the necessary legal paperwork to have your name officially changed to Mitchell Aaron Mustain II seeing as that's the only respectable surname for a quarterback?"

Hi Scott,

Good to see you giving Aaron some love. Its good to hear about some of the other QBs exccept Mitch.

Corp is a stud. Hes a real competitor. Dont be surprised at who will be our starting QB in 2 yrs.

Keep up the good Fight Aaron. . .
