Scott,

I love the blog and I'm a huge fan of yours.

With all due respect: If you hate the constant Mustain questions, why keep blogging about him?

When Mitch Mustain speaks, we listen!

Scott:

Forget Eugene. If Mitch says South Carolina is the toughest place to play, that's simply the way it is, period.

Mitch is The Word when it comes to anything to do with football.

Mitch Mustain is America's quarterback.

Mustain in 2008!

Scott, are Mustain's thoughts on life going to be covered in your book "Mitch and Me"?

Scott,

Im with Petingtong on this one.

Dude, people. Chill.

1. It was two lines of text and it took Scott probably five minutes altogether to ask the question, get the quote and put it online.

2. Since MM has been through the SEC, is that information not interesting? Keep in mind Ark also played @ The Swamp (Florida) and @ Jordan-Hare (Auburn) last year.

3. In case (some) people haven't noticed, the more people get irritated by MM posts, the more Scott's gonna give you nothing but MM posts.

If everyone starts getting fired up about the epic 10-way RB battle i'm sure will start getting random posts about Stafon Johnson's height and weight and what Marc Tyler wore to lunch.

Scott, does Mitch have a blog? We could just eliminate the middleman (i.e. you) and read him directly.

I am looking forward to the post about what Mitch Mustain eats for breakfast each day. Whatever Mitch eats, that will be what I eat.

I actually think it's quite amusing how we are finding out about Mitch Mustain's views on everything under the sun. I have no issues with any of it and rather look forward to read what Scott randomly posts about Mustain. At least Scott has never repeated anything about Mustain on his blog. Everything is so random, it makes me laugh.

Keep it up, Scott. I know many, many people who enjoy reading what you post on Mustain. Since your blog gets so more hits than any other Trojan site, you must be doing something right. You've clearly tapped into the Trojan zeitgeist and that is anything to do with Mitch Mustain.

Scott - just ignore the naysayers. I'm just loving it!!!

No wonder Mustain got a headache playing the Gamecocks.

Arkansas 26, South Carolina 20

By JEFFREY COLLINS, Associated Press Writer
November 5, 2006

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- Arkansas' running game was once again dominant, led by Darren McFadden's career-high 219 yards.

Casey Dick and Marcus Monk made the Razorbacks potent in the passing game, too.

Dick relieved freshman quarterback Mitch Mustain and threw for 228 yards and Monk had eight catches for a career-best 192 yards in a 26-20 win over South Carolina on Saturday night.

Mustain was pulled after throwing an interception on the first series.

"This is a very critical time in November and we needed just a little bit more experience," Arkansas coach Houston Nutt said. "I had to go with Casey and he did a good job.

Dick went 11-for-19 with a touchdown. He said he wasn't nervous. "Coach just put me out there and said it's yours," he said.

Will these anecdotes all be in the book you are writing about Mustain? Is this past of the preview serialization?

Who is this Mitch Mustain?Name sounds familiar, but......
