About That Depth Chart

Freshman center Kris O'Dowd deserves some credit for coming into camp and winning the backup spot behind Matt Spanos over Nick Howell. Same for walk-on fullback Adam Goodman, who is the backup over Jody Adewale and Jordan Campbell.
And Everson Griffen, no surprise, is listed as an equal to Kyle Moore. If Moore sees that, we might have a fight in practice this week.

Hate to keep picking on Kyle Moore, but he's really got no one to blame but himself.

The last 2 years he's had an open opportunity to nail down the DE job, but never did. It was so bad last year that he was replaced by Cushing, a linebacker. Doh!

Hopefully this lights a fire under Moore, not to take out his anger at Griffen, but on the offensive line and quarterbacks.

I must be losing my mind that I agree with an usual suspect named Pet-ding-dong.
Finally why all of a sudden SW disguises himself as another Don King. Hey does SW need another hairdolike DK? Wow!

Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
