With Sam Baker nursing an injury, USC moved Charles Brown to left tackle and started Thomas Herring at right tackle. That's definitely a new look. And true freshman Kris O'Down took snaps with the second unit today, another promotion.

Good for Thomas Herring. Obviously, the line is better with Sam Baker at tackle, but Herring's overcome a lot and hopefully can contribute this year.
