He's No. 1

Sounds like Chancey Washington is the starting tailback. Not a huge surprise but here's Pete Carroll's take:
``Chauncey has done a real good job to hold onto the leadership position there being the most savvy and most experienced he's done a nice job.''

Hey, there goes Pete contradicting himself again. I thought he said time in the program means nothing...the best player plays. Oh, that wasn't really Pete talking...just the Moostain-lovers putting words in Pete's mouth again as pertains to their heart's desire.

Moostain, America's #1 bench-warmer.

That is awesome! I am very happy with CW starting

Chauncy has earned his #1 position. He has run consistantly through camp... blocked well when needed and helps his fellow rb's learn their job. He deserves a big FIGHT ON CHAUNCY!!!

That's great I hope he doesn't fumble like he did last year vs. OSU

Here's 2 Q for ya Scott:

1. So will we be short of RB's again next year? Moody is already gone, and next year Reed, Dennis and Washington will be gone. Since the doctors still won't even let Marc Tyler play, that leaves us with McKnight, CJ and Stafon Johnson, and Green if he clears the NCAA.

2. WeareSC reported last night "another offensive player could be on the move" hear anything about this?
