Quick Hit

Joe McKnight made a good impression in his first practice and got plenty of reps Monday night.
"He's really smooth and has great fluid movement," USC coach Pete Carroll said. "He was very comfortable. He had a couple balls get away but he has fantastic hands."

Awesome - I have been doing work in my office & couldnt wait to hear about day 1 of practice - hurry and give us the 411 on who else impressed.

I guess your take on ROJO will be a Long Hit because if he ask anybody who was at practice today they will say that ROJO was the best player on the field. The most exciting also.

I think Joe McKnight's speed is deceptive he is so smooth that it doesn't look like he's running that fast but when you watch his video's nobody seems to run him down, he runs as fast as he needs to at the time, very fluid like Coach Carroll says.

Fight On!

Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
