Too Many Chiefs

Quarterback Mitch Mustain did not play in Sunday's first scrimmage but said he knew beforehand he would only get to watch.
``They told me,'' he said. ``There's so many quarterbacks I had a feeling I might not.''
Mustain's chances improved for the next scrimmage with Mark Sanchez out.

I will be at that scrimmage and look forward to seeing Mitch Mustain for myself. If he's even 10% as good as advertised, he will be a joy to watch.

Fight on, Mitch!

Are you talking about the closed scrimmage this Sunday or the one that is open to the public on the 22nd? I hope to see him in person, so I am not too concerned about the closed scrimmages.

I can understand not playing Mustain in a limited-play scrimmage, since he will not be eligible to play this year, but if there are going to be around 15,000 fans at the scrimmage later this month, I think the coaches will give the fans what they want.

That will be a regular game-like scenario and not just a 74 play scrimmage, so there would be no reason for Mustain not to get plenty of playing time.

What do you mean "15,000 fans"?! Now that Mustain will be playing, we will have the first-ever sell out for a scrimmage! 92,000 fans will be crammed into the Coliseum and scalpers will be lined up and down Figueroa and Exposition! This is history in the making! :)

I am looking forward to seeing Mustain as well. I was on the fence before, but if Mustain starting in 2008 means that Sanchez will transfer and Door Prize will go support yet another university he never attended, I say BRING ON MUSTAIN!

I am now firmly in the Mustain camp and you can attribute it to being turned off to Sanchez purely because of that sick, illiterate, race baiting jackass Door Prize.

SO BRING ON MUSTAIN!

Sanchez has been finished for quite some time. He's a dead man walking. Time for America's Quarterback, Mitch Mustain, to make his public debut as a Trojan.

Mustain in 2008!

You know Scott with the amount of time that You spend talking about Mustain one would think you have a life size cardboard pic of him in your home. I bet you even make an extra plate of dinner"just in case".
Stop stalking MM you freak!!

I have never attended a scrimmage before, but sheer curiosity for see Mustain play before next year may get me to the Coliseum. I'm seriously thinking about it.

Hey Scott,

I see another "MAN CRUSH" on the horizon. I'ts just a matter of time before you throw Mustain under the bus just like you did with Leinart.

Why don't you just get a blow-up doll instead?

I would like to see Mitch Mustain play in the scrimmage. It would be preview of what we are in store for next year.
