Weights And Measures
Defensive end Lawrence Jackson weighs 260 pounds, 15 less than last season. Jackson lost the weight because he believes it slowed him down last season, which was disappointing by his standards.

I think this is a great move by Lojack. At times last year he looked more like a DT/NT than a DE. I pointed this out on a couple of the message boards and was ripped for it. I am looking foward to seeing him play to the potential that he showed during the 2005 season.

Probably also because he had to bulk up to play in the 3-4.
I will go out on a pretty sturdy limb and say that both LoJack and EG will have double digit sacks this year.
This year the defense will be sick to the nth degree. LoJack and Griffen off the ends. Sed up the middle. There will be no shoot outs this year...

cstory-damned good post-100% agreement here.
Tyler--good post too-glad you mentioned re the 3-4
Re EG, I hope you are right and that he gets lots of playing time early
Sed is an All- American- hope everyone can stay healthy--if not, we'll be back to the 3-4 again with the 'elephant man'. Actually, tho, I'm much more worried about the OL if anyone gets hurt.
