And They Didn't Throw Much

USC coach Pete Carroll on the Trojans' 313 yards rushing, which came after he decided during the long break when Vincent Joseph got hurt to pretty much run the ball.
``We didn’t have to throw the ball at all tonight,'' he said. ``There were some colossal holes.''

As much as I hate to suggest it, that 20 minute injury delay really seemed like a turning point in the game to me. I didn't feel like Nebraska had any real momentum, but that they were having a lot of good luck on offense with misdirections and passes that might have been blocked, etc. We'd probably have won anyway, but it would have been closer.
