Cushing Hurt Again
Linebacker Brian Cushing reinjured his sprained ankle when he heard a pop during the game. He said he heard the same pop during Tuesday's practice.
He is going to get an MRI to see if his ankle is OK but does not know if he will play against Washington.
``I hope so,'' he said. ``It's tough to say right now.''

Ever since the Tings left, Cushing has had injury problems (and his manboobs disappeared). Coincidence?

Remember when Cushing said this injury would last 3 days? He's going to be out for a while.
The amount of injuries that impact this team year after year is a joke.

I guess PC did not read my post this past week--Again, we need CUSH to be 100% HEALTHY to play. Why rush him back to the field if he wasnt really ready to practice and play? Now it looks like the damage is done and he'll be out half the season. This #1 defense is quickly becoming a recovery room with so many injuries. Hopefully they rest Cush until his ankle is pain free.

Just let him heal until the Notre Dame game. Not that he is needed but that will likely be his last chance to play in South Bend.
