I consummated my promise that I was "done" following the Trojans last year after the Oregon State game.
I didn't follow them from that OSU game in October till AFTER the Rose Bowl, thus I was away from Scott' blog.
Once the signing period ended, I was back on the SC bandwagon!
So yea, I didn't come back after Oregon State.
BUT....hell, we are #1....so of course I would come back.
Not coming back pertained to the 2006 season, but if we lose one this year because of that crappy QB Booty....I will cheer for Ben Olson and company from that point on!!!
If my memory serves me correct, Everson did not start the game. Kyle Moore and Lawrence Jackson did. He did get in awfully quickly though.

Phrozen06, sorry to be a nit-picker, but your memory is incorrect. I particularly remember #93 lining up at DE for the first play after kickoff. I was surprised (expecting him to be the pass rush specialist) and thinking Kyle Moore must be really pissed. It may have lit a fire, because Kyle had a pretty good game (a couple tackles, a pass deflection, and a sack/fumble recovery). #93 got shut-out.
Its good to see Redcorn has so much more knowledge than any college football analyst in the country who thinks very highly of JDB and not only that is the stereotypical LA bandwagon fan. I'm sure has all sorts of Bruin gear from the 8 years they beat us and then had to go out and buy some Trojan gear over the past few years.
AlwaysBeatND, I'm pretty sure Kyle Moore was listed as the defensive starter, whether or not he was in on the first play.
Of course being deemed the starter at USC doesn't mean a whole lot since so many players get into the rotation.
Is Tim Ryan the same one who announces NFL games for Fox? If I'm NOT mistaken he played for Atlanta. He's a lawyer(criminal?) and practices in Atlanta.

Tim Ryan, yes, he announces for Fox. He's also on the Sirius Sat. Radio show called:
Moving The Chains. He played for the Bears 1990-1003.
