Shouldn't a poll be who you think has the best team as opposed to who has the easiest schedule? Otherwise as a voting member you encourage the scheduling that a West Virgina has. Do you really believe they are the 3rd best team in the country?

OK now that's a Scott Wolf top 25..West Virgnia and a Florida team in the top 5..hey where's Miami and Florida st.?

Since I've been keeping my own poll, I still think that you have to take a team by their body of work. For instance, Texas is undefeated but they haven't handled anyone handily. Same with VaTech being so high. What about teams that are still undefeated, yet have a lesser reputation like Missouri, MSU or Cincinnati. It's a tough one because the 2nd tier undefeateds will eventually prove to be worse than your major 1 loss teams with an eventual loss but until they do....

TXTrojan: You must be new to the blog. Scott usually has WV at #1. Its because he's "objective" which can sometimes be viewed as clueless to the casual observer.

VA Tech is overrated too. There must be a fond place in his heart for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Anyone see My Cousin Vinny? Do you remember…

(Judge) Did you say utes?

(Pesci) Yeah, two utes.

(Judge) What is a ute?

(I changed the spelling a little bit).

The 13-9 Curse is starting to take its effect on the Bruins.

Has anyone seen ReelBruin or 13-9 around lately? What happened to those guys? I am shocked they aren't here......

What? no Nebraska?

See what happens when you beat my team like that?

No SOS points

Scott Wolf

Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
