What Were They Thinking?

Someone at Nike should be fired for the warmups supplied to the team this week. The Trojans look like the Iowa Hawkeyes in the black and gold warmups that have no noticeable red, except for in the miniscule USC logo.
Maybe they were meant to fake out the Nebraska fans in Omaha.

Thanks for the update, Mr. Blackwell. Now back to your regularly scheduled programming ... Trojan football versus the Huskers! Bring it on!

I saw Pete wearing them earlier in the weak and also thought Iowa colors.

Maybe Phil Knight and the Oregon Nikes are behind this..Warmupgate

Red? Red?

Scott, when did they change to Gold and RED?

Scott Wolf

Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
