Back To Notre Dame, Again

| | Comments (5) |

USC was only the second team that used its backup quarterback to beat Notre Dame. Michigan was the other. And it happened to be the largest margin of victory for both.
I asked a coach who watched film of USC and Notre Dame how many Irish defensive starters (their good side of the ball) could start at USC? ``0.''

He spoke the truth. ND is godawful, and I love it.

aha! now we know that the "Pac-10" coach Wolfie uses is from UCLA...hmmmm..wonder what other Pac-10 coach would have had the time to scout Notre Dame already this season..

This thread according to SW describes back-up QB's beating ND. OK, ND's D is lousy. Does it mean that MI and USC back-up QB's are lousy respectively? You certainly can NOT blame me for that inference. My second inference is heading towards Mark's performance which according to SW's statement(s) was against a lousy(*my term) defense. I certainly hope that Mark beat #5 ranked Oregon and maybe all these sleazy, slick and demeaning statements are put to rest. Talks like a duck, walks like a duck quacks like duck he's duck, yes, pun intended...
Thank you

Damn Door Prize - you think the entire world is out to get Mark Sanchez, don't you?? Give it a rest!

SW simply said that 2 back up QB's beat ND. He didn't say anything about the quality of players at SC or MI! YOU'RE making the negative inferences.

I'll be the first to admit I'd rather have JDB in based on his big game experience, but MS definitely offers a different look to the O that I can't complain about right now. I think pronouncements that he's the savior of the season are a bit premature based on the teams he's played (and yes, WON).

Now that he's been named the starter, we'll all have a chance to see how he does against a REAL team. I hope he kicks major ass! Then we'll revisit who SHOULD be starting whenever JDB's finger is better.

Mostly, I don't care who is playing as long as USC is winning!! Fight on!!!

Damn you, if I can use part of my anatomy to express that, I would. You get the message. This is the part of the English language that I like. It is so conducive to sarcasm and I have done pretty good with it!
Nice try, I don't buy his rhetoric much, much less yours. To prove that point it is NO BIG secret that SW is pro MM.
Finally why don't you give your hypocrisy a rest?
