Tough call, this is a critical game, but you dont want to lose Baker for the season if he tears it. Same for Booty, he might be able to throw reasonably well, but if his finger gets hit again, he could be out for a long time.

this game IS the season!

unless SC wins then the next game will be the season.

Hard not to feel a palpable excitement heading into each game from Eugene to Berkeley to Tempe etc. with the stakes so high. Where will the Trojans spend the holiday season? The Big Easy, Pasadena, San Diego, El Paso, Vega$, SF?????

It's "mind-bottling!"

Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
