John David Booty cracked the tip of his middle finger on his throwing hand in the second quarter and will need to wear a splint this week. No surgery but USC is not saying if he will miss a game.

I think Sanchez has thrown more interceptions in practice than JDB has even thrown in the games! Crazy to think about but it may be true! Can Matt Barkley start on saturday for us?
