Film Found

USC coach Pete Carroll went back to the Stanford game films today to look for something on backup quarterback, Tavita Pritchard, who will start in place of T.C. Ostrander, who suffered a seizure last weekend.
``We found his plays against San Jose State and took a look at him,’’ Carroll said. ``He is a real good athlete.''
Pritchard is the nephew of former Washington State quarterback Jack Thompson, who was known as the `The Throwin' Samoan.''

If the Throwin' Samoans was a team's nickname it would probably be banned.

Watch out for Pritchard. He was a 3-star recruit in HS and had offers from other PAC 10 schools and Notre Dame. Supposedly when recruited he was considered a projected NFL talent and had the ability to impact a major college program.

Don't overlook the kid.

Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
