Hourly Injury Update

Kris O'Dowd said he will be out 2-4 weeks with a discolated knee and undergo surgery for torn cartilage tomorrow.
Chilo Rachal said he is day-to-day but wore a knee brace for his sprained knee.
Stafon Johnson remains in a boot with a deep foot bruise but said he will be back by Wednesday, hopefully.
UPDATED: Pete Carroll said Rachal will be out three weeks.

Good news Rachal is only day to day. Its also fortunate this is the easy part of the schedule so he can work his way back slowly. Hopefully O'Dowd closer to 2 than 4.

these injuries are all Pete's fault.

he loves to see guys hitting hard and dirty. He doesn't realize the effects of payback by other team.
