Brian Cushing started several drills yesterday with the first team but gave way to Clay Matthews, who took the majority of snaps. This is a way to preserve Cushing during the week so he his sprained ankle is not aching too much the day of the Notre Dame game.
I can't wait for Cushing, O'Dowd, and Stafon to get back in the mix. All these guys bring fire and intensity out on the field. Let's get this season back on track and kick some serious ass in South Bend!!!
