Here's a C.J. Gable quote.
"I was still doing good. I averaged 11 yards a carry but they were trying to save me. I'm just going to get ready for next year and I won't have to deal with it.''

And this is the end of the great CJ Gable era at USC.
Expect him to transfer.
Just like Emmanuel "overrated" Moody.
So the SI jinx continues.
Of our 3 RBs on the cover, Moody has already transferred and is at Florida, Gable is done for he year...and more than likely will transfer, putting an end to his SC career, and Chauncey is one carry away from being put back on the shelf!
Give Stafon the ball....and change quarterbacks while we're at it!
Booty is a Louisiana spy just like someone said!
Booty against an LSU D would make even the novice bettor salivate and rub his hands together with glee!
Tell you what. If USC and LSU make it to the NC game please put all your $ on LSU to cover. Please.
Nothing would make me happier than to think of you living under a bridge because you bet against USC in an OOC game.
I would love nothing better than for you to take LSU to cover against the USC D when LSU struggled to put up 10 points in the first half, against Tulane! AT HOME!
The only way LSU can score points consistently is when they run the ball and LSU ain't running on USC. If you think Booty's average wait till you witness your money evaporating when Flynn/Perilloux throw their 4th ints into the USC secondary.
All this grass is greener and LSU is clearly better BS is making me sick. LSU hasn't played anybody (don't give me the VaTech tale - their offense is miserable) and once past Florida (a game I believe they will lose) don't play anyone good till the NC game.
They haven't yet played a true road game (Tulane plays in the same city for chrissakes) and don't have plans to play one anytime soon.
On the other hand USC's already gone to hostile Nebraska and played a solid UW team in the rain on the road with 40% of their starting O-line injured one one play.
(Most apparently conveniently forget that that same U-Dub team also gave #3/#4 Ohio St. fits in the first half as well and should have been leading going into halftime if it weren't for some typically bad Pac-10 refereeing on a Boeckman fumble that was returned for a TD and then called a forward pass)
You take LSU and the points I'll take USC straight up. I'll drop off a blanket when I drive by. Freeway overpasses offer little wind shelter.
