Tailback Broderick Green said he would redshirt this season after consulting with his family and coaches. Green said his injured foot felt fine but it was decided he should sit out this season and play the next four years.

Good decision. I mean, the darn season is over in 6-weeks, so he would have thrown a year away.

Does this surprise anyone? On a related note, Josh Pinkard has decided to redshirt and Brandon Hancock will no longer play due to injuries and lack of eligibility.

I can see how loyal the coaches are to their seniors who waited patiently. You can see it w/ how they treat Chauncey and Booty.
I think if Green was healthy he and Stafon would have been good enough to keep Chauncey on the bench all year...
