It seems that recently our offense has been Really conservative.

There has been a lack of deep passes, mainly because John David Booty did not excel at deep passes. His ball has a low trajectory, which makes it difficult. At one time, Carson Palmer experienced the same problem.
Mark Sanchez might get to air it out more now that this is his third start but the jury is still out on his long ball too.

Had Lofa Tatupu and LenDale White stuck around for their senior seasons, do you think it would have made a difference in the outcomes? More so or less than Norm Chow leaving?

If LenDale White and Winston Justice returned for their senior years, USC should have easily made the national championship game because I cant imagine all those short-yardage situations against UCLA failing the way they did last season. From there, USC would have needed to beat Florida. Who really knows how that would turn out?

Just curious how you might compare Johnson-McKnight-Bradford to McCullough-Fargas-Mackenzie in 2002 and Dennis-Bush-White in 2003? Seems like Kennedy Pola and/or "The Norm" had a much better knack for pushing each button at the right time.

I definitely feel the ``rotation'' was used better in past years. Running backs were developed and used more and more as freshmen. And I doubt Stafon Johnson's freshman year would be wasted in previous regimes. We still don't know what Allen Bradford can do but he's wasted two years of eligibility already.

could you please do a daily video update after weekday practices?

There's talk of expanding our video presence but I don't think I have enough soccer jerseys to do a video on a daily basis.

I've previously answered that the media was not informed about Booty's broken finger during the game. I also said previously I would keep Pete Carroll and the fat booster. Actually, not even the fat booster since he's been banned from recent games. So I would keep Caesar.

As for Booty going to a club after a game, I can understand his desire to relax after a tough loss. The problem is USC is a high-profile program and everything is magnified. So it probably wasn't a good idea from an image standpoint.

Since we already know what the QBs that are currently eligible are capable or incapable of doing (sadly, mostly incapable), what does Mitch Mustain bring to the table that sets him apart?

Mitch Mustain has poise, a strong arm and a nice touch. He's also got good mobility. So there's a reason he started eight games as a true freshman in the SEC last season.
