Where's Bradford?
Freshman tailback Joe McKnight is not the only tailback stuck on the sideline. Sophomore Allen Bradford’s also been a no-show the past two weeks.
``I wasn’t frustrated,’’ Bradford said. ``I kind of look at Hershel. He’s been here for six years. It took him awhile. I can’t complain. I’m only a sophomore.’’
Bradford said he received many text messages after the game from family and friends.
``Angry and supportive,’’ Bradford said.
Bradford also said he does not want to switch positions.

Bradford sounds like a selfish player to me-he hasn't shown me that he is a top flight RB in any game this year.
We don;t need another power runner, but we do need secondary help-he should be on Defense

when will bradford realize his best position (and best hope for PT next year and in the NFL) is at LB? he will be forever buried on the depth chart as long as brod green and marc tyler are on the roster

Selfish? Isn't this the same kid that Carroll promised would play on defense when he was being recruited but was moved to RB and FB last year. I wouldn't call this young man selfish - he is understandably flustered, and has now used two years of his elibility - its not likely he'll see the field anymore at another position after committing so much time to RB. I feel for the kid, I really do.

I agree with just4sc. USC is full of power runners.
McKnight is our lone speed guy, and he's too green right now. Gable or Moody could really have been useful in the game (probably would have been a different outcome). It's a shame we don't have them anymore.

Selfish??? – "Bradford sounds like a selfish player to me"
Apparently you don't read well. What Bradford said was, "I wasn’t frustrated. I kind of look at Hershel. He’s been here for six years. It took him awhile. I can’t complain. I’m only a sophomore."
That's not called selfish, that's called waiting his turn. Messages from family and friends were "angry and supportive" but Bradford himself is dealing with it just fine. (even if most of us would not)
You need to actually read the words on the screen before responding to them brother.

Bradford has always wanted to be a RB-he has refused to switch positions for the good of the team.
He thinks RB is his best ticket to the NFL-delusional
just seeing him on special teams shows he can hit and has good instincts for defense.
at RB he looks awful
