BCS guru Jerry Palm now has USC playing Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl. Palm picks Oregon to play Ohio State in the Rose Bowl and West Virginia-LSU in the BCS title game.
Don't think so. I see ucla playing its best game of the year Saturday and beating Oregon, which leaves the ASU-SC winner as the probable west coast representative in the Rose Bowl. And I certainly hope that Ohio State is the opposition, and not laying down in another national championship game.

I don't think so either, at least as far as the Rose Bowl issue is concerned. In fact, Oregon may lose both remaining games to fucla and toOSU as a Leaf might just be blowing in the wind!
While good enough, WVA can be had, as FSU showed, and Kansas will shock everyone by remaining undefeated.
Stay tuned.

This seems a longshot, and would rather be in the Rose Bowl, for obvious reasons, like being able to attend the game. If not playing it for the championship, would rather stay close to home.

Agreed. The Ducks are primed to lay another egg this year, if not FUCLA, then against a talented, fired-up, well-coached Oregon St team in the "Civil War". I do feel sorry for UO and Dixon, who where riding a once in a lifetime campaign, but Leaf looked lifeless. I do believe ASU/USC is for an OSU Rose Bowl game and I will be there! Fight on! If we win out, then we should finish around #4-5 in the rankings, which would be quite an accomplishment after the Stanford debacle.

Hey, USC still has a shot at the NC Game:
#1 LSU loses to Arkansas & Tenn. (SEC Champ.)
#2 Kansas loses big to Missouri
#3 W. Va. loses to UConn & Pitt.
#4 Missouri loses to Oklahoma (Big 12 Champ.)
#5 Ohio St - not wanted after last year's debacle, but still in
#6 ASU loses to USC and Arizona
#7 Geo loses to Geo Tech
#8 Va. Tech. loses to Va.
#9 Oregon loses to FUCLA
#10 Oklahoma loses to Okl. St.
#11 USC beats ASU & FUCLA
#12 Fla. loses to Fla. St.
#13 Texas loses to Texas A&M
#14 Boston College loses to Va. (ACC Champ.)
#15 Hawaii loses to Boise St.
USC Beats Ohio State in the NC Game! [The four other BCS conference champs are Virgina (11-2), UConn (10-2), Tenn. (10-3), and, Oklahoma (10-3)]
I'm kidding, of course. But, the way this season has gone....

Most of those predictions actually seem plausible, but I don't see LSU or WVA losing two games each.
The rest...(?)
nice bit of homework though.
