Late-Night Question

USC has four of the Pac-10's top 10 career rushers. What other schools have more than one and name the rushers?

Not even a challenge. Ken Simonton and Steven Jackson, both from OSU.

Oregon State. Ken Simonton and Steven Jackson. Cake.

Though NOT in the Pac-10 Earl Campbell and Ricky Williams from UT. Keep in mind they both won the Heisman.

Ah yes yes...the good old days....remember when? The good old JR era..back when our offense didn't look like a bunch of people with closed head injuries..

You always know a program is in trouble when they start talking about "them good 'ol days" They do the same thing on the ND boards.."Oh yeah Joe Montana...blah blah.."

Yep we had a good team with all those runners and an OC who knew what he was doing...now we are lucky to get 17 points vs. the OREGON defense..with McKnight, Johnson, Turner, Hazelton, Baker, O'dowd...

what if we played a REAL defense? UCLA exposed our offense as the pack of ass clowns they are last year, what will happen now?

I got an idea--tell "sark" and Petey to go home and let the players call their own plays..on talent alone we would get 25 points

Ok......Ok.......
By now I am sure it is obvious that I am a bitter Trojan Fan. Well.....the truth is I have not been laid in a couple years now and Trojan Football is really my only avenue to vent my anger and frustration. I really wish I had a life soooo.... I want to apologize to anyone I may have hurt and/or offended with all my pent up sarcastic anger. At this point all I really want and need is a nice strong hug!

Sincerely, USC1966

The answer is the team that the Trojans play this weekend! What are the chances?

Wolfie you are killing me with the easy questions. However, here's what's interesting about the question. Running the ball will be the determining factor in this game. The Beavers have the #1 rushing defense in the conference. USC WAS the best, until they couldn't figure out last week that where ever the guards went so went the ball (just Football 101 stuff, Pete and Nick. Maybe next year you'll figure it out). If SC can't stop the run this week, and we again abondon the run so early that the game gets away again, be ready for another L.

Scott Wolf

Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
