BCS Excitement

Here's a note we were sent from Hawaii this week: UH football fans can pick up free ti leaves, Mardi Gras beads, UH hand fans, Sugar Bowl Fan Guides, etc. at the New Orleans Marriott on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, Dec. 30 through Jan.1, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
And here's one we got from USC: On Monday, December 31, USC Athletics is co-hosting the Rose Bowl Kickoff and Hall of Fame Luncheon from noon to 2 p.m. in Parking Lot K at the Rose Bowl. Tickets are $85, plus a $5 shipping charge.
But then we knew Hawaii was excited about going to a BCS when its former Mater Dei High School quarterback signed autographs yesterday for an hour on campus.
