Oh look, after last year's decision to suddenly omit the player of the game award against UCLA for the first time in 54 years, it made a convenient reappearance tonight when cornerback Terrell Thomas won it. If only I had a camera to record the look of astonishment when I reminded Caesar of last year's omission, as if it never happened.
