I wouldn't worry about this. I listened to Pete speak in one of my graduate classes last year. He said he always talks up his coaches and recommends them for other jobs. Then he spends a significant amount of effort to keep them as USC. We all thought that was kind of weird, but he said he likes "the competition."

But I think another thing for Caesar is that it feeds the image of the program. Good personnel want to come here and coach because it's a good stepping stone.
