Mitch Mustain has a long friendship with Damian Williams dating back to high school. And he does seem to find Brandon Carswell in practices. He's a laid-back guy so he's easy to like and become comfortable with. It's something that he could use to his advantage in spring. But he'll also have to catch up throwing to Patrick Turner, Vidal Hazelton, etc.

Aaron Corp can dress for games because he is not technically redshirting until after the season is over. Mustain is forced to redshirt now. Corp could conceivably play in the Rose Bowl although it won't happen. He applies for a redshirt year after the season.
