Open Forum Answers, Act II

Here's the second installment of answers, which reminds me, the USC football team will only stay at the UC Riverside basketball for one half. So maybe that's the half-lamest bowl activity.

Matt Leinart is recovering from his collarbone. But I hear he's wondering if he has a future with the Arizona Cardinals. There's some feeling he might not be with the Cardinals next season.

Bloggers who are not USC students or alums? I don't really mind either way, as long as they have something interesting to say. The questions on this forum are usually pretty good, while comments often just become juvenile and tiresome and back-and-forth rants. But why don't you tell me here which commenters you like?

If I look at this recruiting class, I would be content but not impressed with it. The offensive lne prospects are nice but otherwise it's not much to get excited about right now. I don't know how good Chris Polk was, but it's not often an local prospect decommits from USC. I'd feel better if the class added another receiver or defensive lineman.

I wonder where Leinart would end up.

It'd be funny to see him fight for playing time with Vince Young.

Juvenile and tiresome rants. Sounds like you've described your journalistic style perfectly Scott.

Thanks for the kind words. I agree with your lists. The feeling is mutual.

But, in the words of Vin Scully, let's not turn this into a "mutual admiration society").

I enjoy the vast majority of posts, although it does turn childish and bizarre, at times. Lately, the number of comments has dwindled...just look at all of the 0 responses to various (sometimes inane) posts by Scott.

My kids are requesting that I take them to a USC practice. I must admit that I have never attended it. I understand they have practice this weekend at campus. Does anyone know what time it starts?

Also, any tips on where to park, what time to get there, length of practice, best vantage point, and best way to get autographs is greatly appreciated.

I know it's a lot to ask.

Or as Wolf (the guy from Pulp Fiction - not our beloved Scott Wolf) says, let's not go sucking each other's @!&$s just yet. But even though I wasn't mentioned by anyone as a quality poster, I won't take offense since I sometimes side with El Cap and I think Redcorn is humorous at times. (none of which endears me to any of you)

I can't imagine why Leinart wouldn't be with Zona next year unless he's seriously burned some bridges. They couldn't possibly be thinking of going forward with Warner as their QB of the future unless they're getting a new shipment of HGH (worked for Bonds and Clemens in their old age). Matt Leinart is the future of that franchise and is owed WAY too much money and would give the Cardinals WAY too big of a salary cap hit if they were to cut bait with him now. Besides, his stats over 1 1/2 years of playing aren't all that bad. It makes me wonder if this is all just part of Scott Wolf's ongoing attempt to destroy Matt Leinart's SC community support.

I have to get this off my chest once more. Would someone please tell the flower child NOT to call MM a damn hero? The men and women who serve in Iraq and Afghanistan as well as those who gave their lives are my heroes-they are heroes. They fit into the heroes mold, thank you.

Luis, Luis, Luis!

You are such a hypocritical, illiterate, uneducated fool. Everyone knows you send emails to journalists pleading with them not to say anything good about Mustain but begging them to not to mention Sanchez's off the field problems. Those emails get forwarded all over the place and people laugh at you. Then you get worked up when Mustain gets so much good publicity and someone says something positive about him.

You are nothing and you have no pull at USC. You never went to USC and you are too embarrassed to tell anyone where you actually went to college (because you never went to college at all). Accept your place in the world, Luis. Just accept it. You are nothing.

So when's that mythical court appearance, joker? Ha ha ha ha ha!

Oh, Luis...
