Here's the main news from yesterday's meeting at the Coliseum in today's Daily News:
``After hammering out deal points, the commission has directed Coliseum attorneys and outside counsel to prepare a document, which the commission will call for a meeting to review within 24 hours of its completion.
``If it means they voted on a counter proposal and are trying to expedite that, it sounds like
progress,'' USC general counsel Todd Dickey said. ``It sounds like what I asked them for. it sounds encouraging.''
