USC Trojans + San Diego Chargers = ?
An alert reader decided to watch the UCLA rewind show and came up with his gem from the USC-UCLA game. As the Trojans took the field for the start of the second half, the public-address announcer said, ``Your USC Chargers!''
Now we know there's constant speculation about Pete Carroll and the San Diego Chargers, but that's carrying things a bit too far.
Did that really happen? Did you really hear that?
...since the PA announcer, Dennis Packer, is also the Chargers PA announcer this is understandable. It must be confusing for him, not remembering which out of date and in need of repair stadium he's in...
