Illinois quarterback Juice Williams runs the spread-option offense and is drawing comparisons to other quarterbacks the Trojans faced, but no one wants to compare him to Oregon’s Dennis Dixon.
``He’s not like Dennis Dixon, he’s more of a running-back quarterback,’’ defensive end Lawrence Jackson said.
Carroll compared Williams to Washington quarterback Jake Locker.
``They have similar looks and they move great,’’ he said.
