I don't usually comment about bloggers, but FSC deserves some attention. Gee, I wonder what FSC stands for-- how clever, and how crude and stupid. You are a fine one to put down someone else's intelligence.

Besides, most people fall within a parameter of 90 to 110 I.Q. Genius is 140. Not one in a thousand is a genius. This means all the rest of us are just average in intelligence. So get real, FSC; better yet, try some kindness, it can't hurt you.

FSC clearly called the kid's intelligence into question with his mention of his 13 ACT. This wasn't some broad jab at the team's GPA (which btw isn't any different from any other major college football program).

And yes, seeing as this is his first post on a USC blog and it has a distinct anti-USC slant FSC signifying Fox Soccer Channel would make a whole lot of sence in context. You are right and Lawyer John is probably way off.

Well Tyler, I know FSC and he doesn't hate USC. Do you think an kid with a 13 ACT belongs at USC ? You think Stanford's team GPA is 2.36?? How about Duke? Northwestern? Ah, but they aren't big time are they. So Tyler, is your IQ higher than your shoe size?? You might also try a spell check program ( sence?? ) you must be a public school grad

There's a time and place for critiquing grammar and correcting spelling, but to do so as a rebuttal on a sports blog never really makes sense.

But we have something in common. I know FSC too, and he told me the other day that his hate for USC has consumed him to the point that he requires padded walls.

I also know Rah Rah's Bite, and he said that for the past year, he's been walking around with his head shoved far up his butt. It's all true because I just posted it on a blog.

Back to the subject, why is that recruits practically have a press conference when they announce where they are going to school?-- Because they can. And because people show up for them.

Gee, no wonder these teenagers have swollen entitlement feelings.

Gee, I wonder what SF stands for?? Stupid F***?? I don't hate USC, been a season ticket holder since 1967, I went through the Tollner, Smith, Hackett years, almost made me a drunk. What you don't like is I won't drink the Kool Aid for USC, that's why Wolf is despised, he likes to tweak your balls about SC and he does it really well.

Relax FSC - We're all having a little fun at each other's expense. My comments were meant to be read as saracasm, and not as insults or put downs. My apologies if you construed them that way. I don't think anyone is suggesting you or anyone else should like everything about USC or assume that it is always going to be perfect.

Still, my observation of this blog for the past several months, is that the level of cynicism, negativism and loathing is absurd. It starts with Scott's reporting style, and it makes absolutely no sense. We all know the litany of SC's accomplishments under Coach Carroll, and the groundwork laid for at least another 3-4 great seasons, so I won't rehash those.

Yes, the future is always less certain than the past, but my only question is that if/when the party ends, will Scott and his ilk have ever enjoyed these years? I doubt it.

And SF? It stands for that liberal-infested enclave in NorCal.

Lately I feel like I've been tuning into a Jerry Springer episode when I've come on this blog. Back to the post...from what I've heard and read, Telemaque seems to be all about playing time and he wants to get in as a true freshman. And the only way that's going to happen is if Mays or Ellison go down. I'd love to see him join SC cause we need DB's, but I have a feeling he's going elsewhere, but that's just my opinion.
