Looks like we could have our first Pete Carroll-Rick Neuheisel skirmish. UCLA needs a secondary coach and USC graduate assistant Demetrice Martin is a candidate for the position. With a graduate assistant only able to serve two years, Carroll might have to come up with something creative if he hopes to keep his assistant.
We had a secondary coach? If we can have a real coach? Seriously, DM focused on CB's under Seto right? If we can do something permanent what's up with Mark Carrier? He was looking before right? We need somebody who is going to make a CB prospect say that SC is the place. Scott didn't say anything about the man coverage during the Rose Bowl but I thought that besides two plays (I think one was over Harris but it wasn't his fault) we played some serious corner on Benn, etc. I think if we can upgrade Carroll may go man and pressure QB's more especially in light of the spread offenses popping up in the PAC 10. Scott you rightly criticized PC but you didn't give him dap for getting it straight. What's up?
