We hear Falcons owner Arthur Blank tossed figures of between $5-10 million to Pete Carroll last week, but crucially, did not offer complete control over personnel decisions.

Scott, now you're just making stuff up. "Figures between $5-10 million".....um, ok. So either he would be making $800k more than Belichick ($4.2) or more than double the best coach in the NFL.

Here's a tip - if you're going to make up gossip and least make it realistic.
