Norton To UCLA?
There's been rumors at the Rose Bowl that USC linebackers Ken Norton is being pursued by new UCLA coach Rick Neuheisel.
``Man, can't I even enjoy this one?'' Norton said.
USC coach Pete Carroll said he hadn't spoken with Norton yet, but that he's heard rumors that Neuheisel would pursue him. He added that he wanted to retain Norton.
``I'm sure Coach Neuheisel hasn't called him yet, and is waiting until the season is over,'' said Carroll, who then rolled his eyes.
Slick Rick needs to learn how Cheaten Pete cheats and does not get caught, which is why he will interview Ken Norton Jr. for the job!
Speaking of cheating, anyone want to ask Neu-weasel how things worked out for him in Colorado and UW. "It was just a neighborhood pool, that's all"!
Man, I hope the weasel gets him to ucla. He can't coach for squat, Holt could be bumped to LB coach, where is a hell of a lot better coach, and coach O could be brought back to coach the D line as well as take over for that bumbling dufus Brenden Carroll as recruiting cord.
